随着我国老龄化进程的不断加速,老年骨质疏松性骨折的发病率随之攀升,已引起世界范围内的广泛关注。本文就老年骨质疏松性骨折的相关内容进行综述,包括流行病学、病因及发病机制,重点介绍其康复治疗,总结了药物治疗、运动疗法、物理因子治疗及矫形器应用的相关研究进展。

With the acceleration of population aging, the incidence of senile osteoporotic fracture is rising, which attract more and more attention in the worldwide. In this paper, the osteoporotic fracture data including epidemiology, etiology, and pathogenesis were reviewed. The key section is rehabilitation exercise, and the related progress of drug therapy, exercise therapy, physical therapy and use of orthotics were also summarized.
