冻结肩(FS)是中老年人群常见的肩部疾患,以肩周疼痛和肩关节活动度进行性丧失为主要表现。近年来随着超声技术的不断精进,其对冻结肩的早期诊断及个体化方案制定具有重要价值。本文通过回顾文献,着重阐述了超声在冻结肩诊断评估及精确定位,超声引导下积液抽吸与药物注射、关节造影扩张、针刀松解、内热针治疗及神经阻滞等方面的应用现状,概括了介入治疗的注意事项,并对其研究前景进行展望。

Frozen Shoulder (FS) is a common shoulder disease in middle-aged and older people, mainly manifested by peri-shoulder pain and progressive loss of shoulder range of motion. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of ultrasound technology, it is of great value to the early diagnosis of frozen shoulder and the formulation of individual programs. By reviewing pieces of literature, this paper mainly expounds the ultrasound in the evaluation of frozen shoulder diagnosis and precise positioning, under the guidance of ultrasound effusion suction and drug injection, joints distension, arthrography, internal heat needle, acupotome therapy, and the present situation of the application of nerve block, and so forth. This paper also summarizes the precautions of interventional therapy and looks forward to its research prospects.
