Abstract:

Physical activity is very beneficial for patients with spinal cord injury (SCI). Leisure time physical activity (LTPA) is a kind of physical activity that people choose to take in for their leisure time, and it is recommended as a health intervention. Patients with spinal cord injury who do physical activities need to solve and overcome several barriers, including introspection obstacle, system obstacle, concept barriers, and professional knowledge barriers. Individual activities for patients with SCI should be planed on the basis of physical activity guidelines.
