Development in rehabilitation of senile osteoporotic fracture

Abstract:

With the acceleration of population aging, the incidence of senile osteoporotic fracture is rising, which attract more and more attention in the worldwide. In this paper, the osteoporotic fracture data including epidemiology, etiology, and pathogenesis were reviewed. The key section is rehabilitation exercise, and the related progress of drug therapy, exercise therapy, physical therapy and use of orthotics were also summarized.
