Abstract:

Delayed union remains one of the major complications after the operation of lower limb long bone fractures. The delayed union of fracture should be given positive interventions to avoid further development of bone nonunion. The dynamization technology for the treatment of fracture delayed union after the intramedullary nailing, with features of minimally invasive and highly effective, has been widely used in clinics. LCP "dynamization" as a new technique, clinical evidence has showed that there is a significant effect on fracture delayed union treated by LCP. The progress of the dynamic therapy for delayed healing of the lower limb long shaft fractures is reviewed.
