目的

单侧双通道内镜技术(Unilateral biportal endoscopic,UBE)的研究越来越受到关注。本研究旨在调查该领域的全球现状和趋势。

方法

从Web of Science-Science Citation Index Expanded(WOS)检索1965年1月1日至2024年8月1日中UBE的文献发表量。使用文献计量学方法对源数据进行了研究和索引。对于可视化研究,使用VOSviewer version 1.6.19(VOS)软件进行合著、共现分析、书目耦合和共引分析,并分析UBE研究在近几年的总体趋势。

结果

共检索到700篇文章。全球对UBE的研究和出版物数量每年都在增加。韩国在UBE这一领域对全球研究的贡献最高,拥有最多的引用和最高的h 指数。Elsevier 和Springer Nature 的出版数量最高。Rush University Rush Medical College,Rush University Medical Center,University Of California San Francisco School Of Medicine,Rush University Medical Center Department Of Orthopedic Surgery 是贡献最大的四个机构。研究可分为三大类:减压、椎体间融合术和外科手术。外科手术被预测为该领域的下一个热门话题。

结论

根据目前的全球研究趋势,预测UBE相关的出版物数量将不断增加。目前韩国是这一领域研究的最大贡献者。大多数研究工作将聚焦到UBE外科手术等临床研究中,这可能是UBE研究领域的下一个热点。

Objective

The research on Unilateral biportal endoscopic (UBE) technology has received increasing attention.This study aims to investigate the global status and trends in this field.

Methods

The number of literature publications on UBE from January 1, 1965, to August 1, 2024, was retrieved from the Web of Science- Science Citation Index Expanded. Bibliometric methods were used to study and index the source data. For visual research,VOSviewer version 1.6.19 software was used for co-authorship, co-occurrence analysis, bibliographic coupling, and co-citation analysis, and the overall trend of UBE research in recent years was analyzed.

Results

A total of 700 articles were retrieved. The number of global research and publications on UBE has been increasing annually. South Korea has made the highest contribution to global research in the field of UBE, with the most citations and the highest h-index. Elsevier and Springer Nature have the highest number of publications. Rush University Rush Medical College, Rush University Medical Center, University Of California San Francisco School Of Medicine, and Rush University Medical Center Department Of Orthopedic Surgery are the four institutions that have made the greatest contributions.The research can be divided into three major categories:decompression,interbody fusion,and surgical procedures.Surgical procedures are predicted to be the next hot topic in this field.

Conclusions

According to the current global research trends,it is predicted that the number of UBE-related publications will continue to increase.Currently,South Korea is the largest contributor to research in this field.Most research efforts will focus on clinical research such as UBE surgical procedures,which may be the next hot spot in the UBE research field.
